A Look Back at Gary Sinise Foundation Snowball Express 2021

I’m so excited to share the Gary Sinise Foundation's Snowball Express program hosted over 750 Gold Star families for our 2021 celebration of fun, laughter and most of all, connection.
Families from all over the world came together to honor and remember their loved ones. They participated in a virtual Walk of Gratitude ceremony, followed by a visit to a Remembrance Garden where they visited their fallen hero, each honored with an American flag. The day concluded with a special performance from myself and the Lt. Dan Band.
It was a powerful time of remembrance, and we couldn't have done it without you!
We made this year’s event extra special by bringing the magic of Disney to the families in the safety of their own home. It was a special time where they made new memories, while creating bonds and building community with those who truly understand their loss – each other.
Our year-end annual Snowball Express event is one of the many ways we show our gratitude to those who have sacrificed so much for our freedom. I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for your support to help bring awareness to the sacrifices of our families of the fallen, especially during the holidays when their losses can be especially painful.
