Jim Ravella
Jim joined the Gary Sinise Foundation in May 2019 as the Vice President of Outreach. He was promoted to Senior Vice President of Programs and currently serves as the Executive Vice President for GSF. Jim is responsible for implementing strategic plans and partnerships for the Foundation’s four programmatic pillars. Jim oversees the day-to-day execution of the Foundation’s programmatic giving through our Chapter Development, Education Outreach, Events, Outreach, and R.I.S.E departments.
Jim holds a bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical Engineering from Texas A&M University and a master’s degree in Aerospace Management from Embry Riddle University. Jim served over 26 years in the United States Air Force as an F-15E Pilot and commanded at the Squadron and Group level. Jim has worked for General Dynamics and the Folds of Honor Foundation, where he served as a Senior Vice President and President.
Jim is married to Ginger Gilbert Ravella, a Gold Star spouse who currently serves as a Gary Sinise Foundation Ambassador and speaks nationally, raising awareness for veterans and their families as well as speaking for women’s groups and churches.
