Sean Perseo
Sean Perseo served in the United States Marine Corps from 1990-1994. During his service, he was deployed overseas on multiple occasions, including Operation Desert Storm in Iraq and Operation Restore Hope in Somalia. The highlight of his military career was having dinner at the captain’s table with U.S. Army General Colin Powell, who was then the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, while deployed to Somalia.
Sean has worked at Sunbelt Rentals since 2003 and currently serves as the Ambassador of Outreach Programs. He has held a variety of sales and management roles within the company and was appointed to his current role in 2019. Sean has been instrumental in helping form Sunbelt’s partnership with the Gary Sinise Foundation. Following his introduction to R.I.S.E. home recipient USMC Sgt. Mike Nicholson in 2012 and learning of the Foundation’s efforts to construct his specially adapted smart home, Sean was inspired to help coordinate the donation of equipment and tools to assist with the build as well as for the Lt. Dan Band concert held to help fund the project.
His relationship formed upon meeting Gary led to further discussion about developing a partnership wherein Sunbelt could expand its efforts to give back to the communities in which they work while supporting veterans.
In his current role with Sunbelt and through his work with the Foundation, Sean is dedicated to advancing Sunbelt’s commitment to supporting the veteran community, enhancing the partnership by raising awareness and guiding fundraising efforts that serve and honor our nation's heroes.
