Beth Barnett joined the Gary Sinise Foundation in September of 2022 and currently serves as the Director of Human Resources. In this role she brings a strong passion for fostering positive workplace culture, prioritizing mental wellness, employee engagement, and creating supportive environments where individuals and teams can thrive. Her work across multiple departments has provided her with a broad understanding of the Foundation’s needs and a strong appreciation for its collaborative, service-driven mission.

A Chicago-area native, Beth relocated to the Nashville area in 2018. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with concentrations in Management and Marketing from Olivet Nazarene University and brings experience spanning both corporate and nonprofit Human Resources and Finance.

As the granddaughter of a WWII veteran, a former military spouse, and the proud surviving guardian of two amazing sons, Beth comes from a family deeply rooted in honoring and respecting the service of our nation’s heroes. That perspective continues to shape her commitment to compassion, service, and integrity in all aspects of her work.
