Kaitlin Frisch joined the Gary Sinise Foundation in early 2022 from New York City's Pier 17 and Historic Seaport District, where she led large-scale events and venue operations. She now serves as the Foundation's National Outreach Director.

With more than 15 years of experience in large-scale event and venue management, complemented by a background in theater production and performance, Kaitlin brings a rare balance between operational precision and creative vision to every project. She works alongside the Foundation's team to develop sustainable systems and thoughtful strategies that ensure exceptional, white-glove execution across a wide range of initiatives—from intimate, highly curated experiences, to the Foundation's larger signature events, including Disney in December, as well as the development and implementation of its growing volunteer program.

Kaitlin's commitment to the Foundation's mission is deeply personal. She is driven by a profound desire to help express Gary Sinise's and the other Grateful Americans' enduring gratitude for the service members, first responders, and their families of this country. That commitment was shaped in part by the friendships she built with members of the NYPD and FDNY during her years in New York City, and by a formative experience as a teenager standing on the beaches of Normandy. There, she was profoundly struck by the realization that those who stormed the beaches fought not only for the loved ones they hoped to return to, but also for generations they would never meet. They made extraordinary sacrifices so that people like her could live with the freedom to pursue a life filled with opportunity and joy.

Today, Kaitlin sees that same spirit of courage, selflessness, and sacrifice reflected in the current service members, first responders, and their families. She considers it both a privilege and a responsibility to honor their service and sacrifice by helping create meaningful experiences that reflect the nation's gratitude — not only for the sacrifices of the past, but for those made every day in the present.
