Joining the team in 2023, Madisen Moore began her career with the Gary Sinise Foundation as a Senior Coordinator and quickly advanced to Director, where she now oversees the Community Outreach team.

Madisen joined the Foundation with more than 15 years of experience in the event industry, specializing in event logistics and large-scale event management in Nashville, Tennessee. Throughout her career, she has successfully managed a diverse portfolio of clients, with a strong focus on nonprofit and specialty events.

She brings both professional expertise and a deep passion for the Foundation’s mission. Her commitment to serving and honoring our nation’s heroes is rooted in both her professional and personal experiences. Madisen’s maternal grandfather dedicated much of his career to public service, serving in both the U.S. Navy and the U.S. Coast Guard before retiring from the U.S. Postal Service. Continuing that legacy of service, her father has spent more than 20 years with the Davidson County Sheriff’s Office, supporting the community through roles in Community Outreach and Logistics. These family connections to service have further strengthened Madisen’s dedication to the Foundation’s mission and the individuals it serves.

Born and raised in Brentwood, Tennessee, Madisen now resides in Spring Hill, Tennessee, with her husband, their two children, and their Golden Retriever. When she is not serving others through the Foundation’s mission, she can often be found at the baseball diamond or football field, proudly embracing her role as a dedicated sports mom.
