Raechelle “Rae” Pedraja serves as the Director of Marketing & Communications for the Gary Sinise Foundation.

Rae joined the Foundation in 2020 as a Graphic Designer on the Marketing & Communications team. Since then, she has played an integral role in advancing the Gary Sinise Foundation brand through creative initiatives, flagship campaigns, and strategic messaging that have elevated the Foundation’s visibility and strengthened its connection with key audiences.

Born and raised in Los Angeles, Rae developed a lifelong passion for art at an early age. Her time as editor-in-chief of her high school's yearbook introduced her to the world of graphic design and visual storytelling. That experience inspired her to major in graphic design at California State University, Northridge, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in 2017.

Prior to the Foundation, Rae has worked in the beauty and entertainment industry, working as a graphic designer for companies such as Schwarzkopf Professional and the Younes and Soraya Nazarian Center for the Performing Arts (The Soraya).

Through her work at the Gary Sinise Foundation, Rae aspires to honor veterans like her uncle, who was in active service for the U.S. Navy for more than 20 years.
